I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, putting me within walking distance of all the major attractions. However, I was really disappointed that the pool was under renovation during my visit, as it was one of the key reasons I booked this hotel. The staff were friendly and polite, but I felt they weren't very transparent about the available amenities. Overall, while there were positives, the missing facilities cast a shadow over my experience. 🌆😕
